Tim Burton

I really enjoy the work of Tim burton. He creates these freaky characters but lovable all the same. I mainly like how the use of the sewing theme is used. How they look like they have been sewn up. How they are like dolls performing.

The credits on Caroline are really quite amazing. Draws you in straight away. Throughout most of the film, you dont know what is going.It is about this paralel universe where everybody has clones. ?The opening credits are really interesting. It shows a doll being undone, unravelled and unstuffed and then reassembled. The doll maker is seen using needles for fingers.

I do like the idea of making a doll out of sharp objects. Sharp objects are usually what makes the doll. It swaps the whole material process around.
